Payment Options:

We are a pay for service facility, therefore, payment is requested at each appointment as service is rendered. We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), cash, checks. Please be aware that the parent bringing the child to our office is legally responsible for payments on all charges. Statements will be sent to the head of household on file. If we do not receive payment within 30 days, you will be expected to pay for all dental services completed immedately in the future.

Financial Policy:

Dental emergencies and care can take a toll on your pocket, Dr. Alan cares. We have taken steps to setup two alternative payment options for you: CareCredit and CapitalOne HealthCare Finance. Within few minutes you can be approved.

Insurance Policy:

We do not accept insurance, however, we try to make it easier for you by assisting you with the completion of your paper work, providing that you are not a Union Member with specified stipulations. Kindly bring the following information:
